Our clients are located all over the Highlands and beyond. Our team is able to provide a full range of accountancy based services. We offer proactive advice and assistance to our clients who range in size from small to large, and operate across a wide variety of industries including construction, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, farming, research and development, tech, football and renewables.

The firm has been growing rapidly and is continuing to do so. The demand for our accounts services, but also our management accounts services, has been growing year on year. As a result we are keen to further expand our team with the recruitment of a new Accounts Senior to continue to build our offering in these two key service areas.

Our office space has recently doubled in size and has been refurbished to a high standard, creating a modern and comfortable working environment for all of our team – and enabling us to expand our team further. We have a capable and friendly team of professionals who are committed to providing high quality client service, working collaboratively and continuing to develop their skills and knowledge through regular learning and CPD activities. 

About You

A qualified accountant or a highly-motivated trainee accountant who is keen to progress in their career. Capable of delivering high quality work in a timely manner and working collaboratively as part of a motivated team. 

Essential

• Qualified accountant CA/ACCA/ACA or studying towards CA/ACCA/ACA

• Good technical knowledge of UK GAAP

• Accounts preparation experience

• Comfortable with IT and utilising common software packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Willingness to learn new software related skills

• Desire to continuously develop in a professional role. 

Desirable

• Tax experience

• Management accounting experience

• Bookkeeping experience

• Experience of CCH Accounts Production software

• Experience of CCH Tax software

• Experience of VT, Sage Online, Xero, Quickbooks Online, or other bookkeeping software
