The role
We are recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join our Global Legal Team. This is an administrative role to work with and support Senior Legal Counsels.

Mission:
You will support (under supervision) preparation and review of contracts terms and to manage the organization of contract documents on our digital Contract Lifecycle System (CLM).
Location: This role supports a flexible hybrid model with some working from home options available. You should expect regular travel within the UKI zone and occasional travel to other locations in Europe as business need is determined. Travel may include some overnight stays
What will you do?
Support with basic routines associated with contract preparation, review, negotiation, extension, termination etc (under legal supervision)
Helping to monitor and follow up on contract progress for example to ensure drafts and reviews are completed in a timely manner
Proofread, edit and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to guidance provided by the Senior Lawyer
Legal research and help with escalations for Legal Subject Matter Expert input in accordance with internal policies
Monitoring Key Internal Controls associated with our Commercial Policy review and approval policy
Populate data into CLM for repository, archiving and reporting
Run reports from CLM and retrieve contracts for business users
Respond to basic commercial queries
Become a CLM super user and provide training on an ongoing basis
Annotate and update template documents (under supervision)
What will help you to be successful?
Previous experience with commercial contracts or as a paralegal/junior lawyer
Fluent in English (written and verbal) with great technological skills
Clear adherance to policies
Confident with fantastic interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage large volumes of work
