Social Work Assistant - Leaving care service

Trauma informed therapeutic service of large charity is looking for a Social Work Assistant for the Leaving Care service. The successful candidate can come and hit the ground running on an agency contract, be able to conduct statutory visits, risk assessments, hold a caseload and work in a therapeutic way with the young people to achieve best possible results. Office is located in Peterborough however there will be extensive travelling for the statutory visits in Lincolnshire. A car driver and someone who has access to a vehicle is detrimental for this role. The service works with young people that might not speak English, thus liaising with interpreters is part of the role. Would be nice to have this experience as well.
