Overview:
The Dallas office is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years' experience handling commercial and complex litigation matters. Candidates should have experience and knowledge in both state and federal courts, solid academic credentials, and demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Ideal candidates should have experience handling hearings, depositions, mediations, evidentiary hearings and trials. E-discovery is a plus.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Texas State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills.
