Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Water Hygiene – Charing Cross area An excellent opportunity has arisen, to work at one of London’s most iconic London landmarks, as a L8 Water Hygiene / Mechanical Engineer. The successful candidate will join a team of multi skilled engineers, and they will carry out daily PPM’s and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks. Duties: Commercial PPM & Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA Fire alarms FCU's AHU's HVAC plant VAV - VRV Water treatment Office Moves Office Re-set Basic Mechanical Basic Plumbing duties Cooling Tower Experience knowledge of cooling towers is essential L8 (legionnaires) logbook experience as this is 60% of the role Rate: £28 per hour umbrella or £22 PAYE Must be available to start this week. Monday – Friday 7am – 16.00pm or 8am -17.00pm
