Who are we?

The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery dedicated to making deliciously crafted bread, cakes and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL's bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants and more!

As our teams grow, we are on the lookout for our next Senior National Account Manager.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

Grow and nurture long-term strategic relationships with our priority grocery customers to deliver a step change in sales and brand presence.
Drive category growth.
Represent our business with authenticity, gravitas and pride.
Lead joint business planning with an emphasis on creating sustainable growth.

Here are some key areas we think you can impact in this role:

Leading on the delivery of the branded portfolio agenda and champion private label development opportunities.
Develop an excellent understanding of the category's landscape.
Contribute to an annual planning cycle and longer term commercial strategies for the grocery channel.
Implement full P&L accountability and delivery of budgeted sales and financial KPI's.

Our team tell us you will be a great addition if you

Have Food and Drink account management experience.
Have a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Have some experience in using shopper, category and consumer data sources.
Are an excellent presenter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
