Contract Administrator
Cambridge
Start date: ASAP
One of our largest clients in the FM world are currently looking to employ a Contract Administrator
to join the team on temporary contract to start ASAP based in in the Cambridge area
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Duties consist of:
Raising purchase orders/Invoices
Keeping training records up to date
Holiday/Training planner
Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Liaise closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders
Keeping logbooks up to date
Preparing client reports
Essential Requirements
Administration Experience
CAFM System experience
Communication skills
PC literate and experienced using MS office applications and Outlook
Attention to detail.
Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
