Full-Time - Business Support Admin - up to 3 months (potential of perm) Hourly rate: £10.76 - £11.79 DOE Location: Bristol City Centre (BS1) Working times: Monday - Friday Hours: 37.5 per week - 8am - 4:30 preferred (flexibility if needed) Starting: ASAP Benefits of temping with Adecco! Providing administrative support as and when required and giving clients and stakeholders alike a professional and consistent view of the organisation. Duties/Responsibilities For visitors & meetings Reception cover for holidays / sickness & lunches, or where deemed necessary to ensure consistent reception cover Facilitate / organise staff social events Office management support Office first aid and fire marshal duties Switchboard overflow (if needed) Ordering of PPE for your team Administrative assistance cover assisting the Business Support Administrator as and when required (non time critical) - typing, printing, binding etc Undertaking other duties / responsibilities that assist the Operational Director or result in efficiencies within the office Offering administrative support to all technical staff - typing / editing of documents and presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning. Diary management for technical staff Filing / archiving Assisting the BSE/BSM with IMS associated administrative tasks Creating project numbers and standard job folder template Raising invoices / credit notes / write offs Issuing Project Detail Reports as appropriate for internal and external invoicing Responsible for ensuring the COB data inputted each week Uploading Supplier invoices to Sharepoint As required assisting the bid team in collating standard company information for Bids Creation of Project Profiles and CVs for technical staff Ensuring data for timesheets and expenses are completed weekly, approval gained and released Undertaking any other duties / responsibilities that assist the Operational Director or result in efficiencies within the office. Assist the BSE / BSM as required The ideal candidate Adapts to a team and builds team spirit Listens, consults others, and communicates proactively. Understands communication processes.
