Overview:
Lewis Brisbois is seeking E-Billing Submission Specialists to work with our nationwide team. This would be a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
The Billing Submission Specialist must demonstrate expertise in all facets of the electronic billing function and rejection resolution across multiple ebilling vendor sites for insurance defense matters which may include split/multiple payors, SIRs, and other complex billing arrangements. Must have excellent technology and communication skills, a high level of professional accountability in order to timely and successfully complete monthly billing, as well as research and resolve inquiries or discrepancies regarding billing related issues. Must understand and demonstrate a high level and commitment to customer service, confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills, as the role requires interaction and communication with peers, staff, attorneys and partners with high volume, and complex billing requirements, as well as clients and senior management amid a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
The following list of essential functions is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned in addition to those listed. The items listed are considered daily functions associated with this position.
· Resolve high volume of rejected invoices in BillBlast daily
· Effective matter management in BillBlast and LawTime
· Assist with inquiries as needed
· Assist with supervisors and team leads in Aderant conversion
· Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:

Experience in Aderant Expert, Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E, or LawTime (or equivalent) legal accounting software. BillBlast or eBillingHub experience a plus.
