Practice Lead (SIAM) Apply now Job no: OCREQ0025069 Employment type: Full Time Location: Sydney Categories: Service Management Opportunity open within Kinetic IT for Practice Lead (SIAM). Overseeing and providing leadership across a multi service provider ecosystem covering areas of broader Integration and Governance of Service Fulfilment & Monitoring, Event, Availability, Catalogue & Request practices.This role is a Permanent, Full-time position, joining our National team whilst based onsite with our the Federal Government customer in Parramatta NSW. We are also happy to provide flexibility options split between working in office and from home!ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSBILITIESThe Practice Lead provides a key function, acting as an escalation point for practices across their team and all stakeholders, directing day-to-day activities, whilst ensuring full tactical and strategic alignment across the providers.Building on established relationships, confirming your position as a subject matter expert in these speciality areas, you will be supported by key process managers as SMEs in their respective practices ensuring delivery across the holistic end-to-end services provided by Kinetic IT.Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following;You will bring professional level experience in areas of Service Management processes along with either Service Fulfilment, Monitoring, Availability or Request Management – confident to deliver alignment to needed Integration, Governance & Improvements as per the customers directives. For further consideration we would look for you to hold; Ability to obtain & maintain a minimum Government Security ClearanceExposure or certification in ITIL4/V3 or SIAM foundations certificationAbility to lead services in Event, Availability and/or Request fulfilment in end-to-end process governance and integration activitiesHigh level interpersonal & relationship management skills, with ability to negotiate and influence to senior customers and stakeholder engagementExperience and understanding of compliance and contractual obligations in a multi supplier ecosystem ABOUT KINETIC ITWe hire for the long term and have a strong focus on training and developing our employees.
