Overview:
Our Houston office is seeking a Medical Malpractice attorney with a minimum of two (2) years’ litigation experience to join our dynamic and expanding office. Qualified candidates will have a background litigating medical malpractice, healthcare, elder law and nursing home matters. We believe in a work life balance and therefore our attorneys are only required to bill 1,950 hours. For those choosing to exceed 1,950 hours, we offer a generous bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
The candidate must have the ability to work individually and within a collaborative team environment, possess strong writing and verbal communication skills as well as value the quality of their work. Prior experience defending healthcare litigation matters preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Texas State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills.
