Planning Manager - Sheffield Permanent contract Adecco UK are recruiting for a Planning Manager for one of our well known Transport clients that are based in the S1 postcode of Sheffield. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM Postcode: S1, Sheffield Job Purpose & Responsibilities The successful candidate will support their Head of Finance with planning the site's workforce to ensure they have the right amount of people to stay on top of their workload, the successful candidate will also work closely with our Operations Teams who are responsible for a variety of customer support matters which range from processing enquiries, customer compensation claims to complaints handling, retail sales, quality assurance and fraud analysis Work with the finance team to forecast long, mid and short term forecasts on customer demand across multiple channels Responsible for developing resource plans to ensure adequate resource coverage to drive excellent Csat and achieve pre agreed service levels Build recruitment plans off the back of the resource models to deliver service levels Manage a team of 2 Resource planning analysts Experience/Skills Previous experience in managing workforce planning function Be able to interpret data to establish trends Previous experience with Calbrio Teleopti WFM systems preferableApply Now!
