Construction Paralegal

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Construction Paralegal to join an ambitious and forward-thinking firm in Birmingham. An exciting opportunity to assist Fee Earners in the broader national team on a variety of contentious litigated matters. About the role The successful candidate will get to work on a varied workload that includes: Assisting clients with various construction disputes relating to issues such as payment, delays and defects Drafting advice to clients on construction disputes Maintenance of existing client relationships and building of new relationships Providing strategic support and advice to clients on fire and building safety issues Supporting clients with non-contentious construction work, procurement and project Providing progress reports Ad-hoc tasks About you The ideal candidate will have: At least six months of Construction Paralegal experience A willingness to learn and develop colleague & client relationships. Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
