Responsibilities:
Work closely with the extended ASIC design team to incorporate DFT tools and test methodologies into the ASIC design flows, facilitating the test ability of complex digital and mixed signal ASIC’s
Work with the ASIC and instrument design teams to develop and implement a test plan to address characterization, prototyping and production test needs.
Develop hardware and software for ASIC/Microcircuit specific package and wafer test systems, utilizing the Advantest 93K test platform
Provide test expertise to support first silicon turn on, ASIC characterization, and test suite deployment into manufacturing.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree or University Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering with 8+ years of experience
Knowledge with DFT concepts, such as Scan insertion and pattern generation, and their integration into the ASIC design process is preferred
Strong circuit analysis and analog design fundamentals
Knowledge of software engineering methodologies and object-oriented programming
Experience with software development on Linux systems using C++, Verilog, VHDL, or similar development environment
Some understanding of ASIC/FPGA design methodologies and flow
Some hardware and software integration and debug experience
Demonstrated effectiveness with interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with distributed teams and groups
Must possess strong engineering and analytical skills with trouble shooting to root cause experience
The following would be beneficial:
Knowledge or experience of an ATE or similar test development environment, especially Advantest 93k systems
Experience with measurement instrumentation in frequency and time domains
Excellent knowledge of multiple scripting languages, such as Perl and TCL, as well as Unix shell scripting
Experience with foundational software development disciplines and configuration management
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and skills efficiently and to apply learnings to solve problems
Good organizational, planning and written and verbal communication
Colarado Pay Ranges $124,950 - $166,600
Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
