Identifying unique learning needs and establishing clear learning objectives. Designing the structure and sequencing of innovative learning architectures. Developing assessments that align seamlessly with learning objectives. Crafting and implementing comprehensive program evaluation tools. Developing and managing change management plans that enhance the execution of learning programs. Demonstrating the ROI of learning investments through concise, accurate reporting. Collaborating with a dynamic team to curate enriching learning activities. Ensuring learning experiences comply with the highest quality and accessibility standards. Leveraging your exceptional copywriting, scripting, and storyboarding skills to create captivating learning experiences for online, hybrid, and in-person courses. Expertly using a variety of multimedia applications to compose and edit digital learning content. Staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in learning and incorporating these into our initiatives. Conducting thorough content quality reviews for user experience and usability testing. Facilitate the design and development of interactive workshops. Reviewing and interpreting data to produce insightful reports. What Do You Bring? Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken. A qualification in Digital Learning/Instructional Design or equivalent experience. Boasts 5 years of experience designing, developing, and sustaining engaging learning programs. Professional experience using multimedia applications, including video & audio production and editing. Demonstrable experience with the necessary technologies and software to support learning activities. Familiarity with the best practices in learning design approaches and frameworks.
