SUMMARY
Responsible for directing the operations and performance of the Property Operations department in maintaining the upkeep of the physical property of the casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing daily job orders, determining work priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality and timeless of completion
Ensure the tracking and execution of preventive maintenance tasks
Oversee and ensure quality of all internal and outsourced installation and repair, including: Kitchen equipment and machinery
HVAC equipment.
Counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors
Building framework and trim
Window and door glass
Ceiling and floor tile
Wall coverings
Plumbing fixtures
Electrical
Demonstrate a willingness and ability to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests and adheres to company guest service standards
Follow all safety rules as per training and federal and state guidellines
Maintain compliance with property and company internal controls and guidelines
Work within the quality control guidelines established by the company
Create and maintain an environment of mutual and reciprocal trust, respect, and confidence within the department and with operations
Other duties as assigned

Provides directions and coaching to team members.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience related to supervision or business. Three years experience in facilities, marine operations and or project management preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses, permits and certifications as required by federal, state and local regulations.
