WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
Is knowledgeable of and enforces all gaming laws, regulations and company policies which apply to the functions and duties of the Player Development Department.

Greets guests actively engaged in gaming and assists pit and slot team members in player identification.

Provides guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, beverages, and assists with special requests.

Is knowledgeable of casino marketing and player development promotions and encourages guest participation.

Is knowledgeable of credit procedures and encourages the use of credit when appropriate..

Encourages guest visitation through written correspondence and telemarketing.

Assists in resolving guest complaints and disputes.

Analyzes and coordinates in-house invitation lists with the Player Development Manager.

Attends and aids in the coordination of special events.

Supports and promotes the philosophy and objectives of the Casino.

Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow team members.

Any and all duties as assigned by the Player Development Manager or a member of management.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to resolve customer complaints and satisfy hospitality requirements while adhering to company policies. Ability to develop customer loyalty.

Two year college degree or equivalent experience required; one year of experience in hospitality or casino environment.

Must be able to obtain a Gaming License and must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.

Must have customer service and networking skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence to include business letter writing.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of player tracking systems; spreadsheet software and word processing software.

While performing the duties of this job, the team members regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The team members occasionally required to sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

While performing the duties of this job, the team members regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
