Hunter Savage is currently partnering with a market leading law firm to recruit an employment solicitor to join their multi- disciplinary team in Belfast.
Our client’s employment team have been instructed in some of the most complex and significant remuneration and HR cases. They have a solid and well-established team and a varied and impressive client base. This is a opportunity to work within a collaborative and people focused firm, with an inclusive culture.
The Role
Working as part of this leading employment team you will work alongside various other specialties across the firm, advising on a range of remuneration and HR issues in relation to licensing, data protection, redundancy and restructuring and insolvencies.
The Person
You will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor – 2-8 years relevant PQE.
- A team player who can manage a busy case load in a fast paced environment
- Technically strong
- Strong client focus with the ability to develop solid client relationships
- Excellent business development skills
- A broad range of contentious and non-contentious experience
