An experienced Property Manager with at least 2 years of experience is needed to join our team at Melanie Estates based in Norwich. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).
We are a successful and trusted independent Estate Agency, looking to bring on board a Property Manager to work with the owner to grow the lettings portfolio.
Our client is looking for a candidate with experience, or at least a working knowledge, of both property management and lettings negotiation.
You will benefit from well-established letting stock/database, flexibility, and our business's innovative technological approach. You will also be able to implement your ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, motivate and provide leadership for the team
Responsible for managing around 100 properties
Review team performance
Revisit old/existing Landlord database (keep informed about relevant changes to lettings legislation)
Registering applicants
Required Experience:
At least 2 years of property management experience. Ideally ARLA qualified
Required Skills:
Previous Property management and Lettings Experience
Excellent Knowledge of the Norwich Property market and familiarity with HMO legislation
Full UK Driver’s Licence
Good understanding of the Housing act and the landlord and tenant act
Able to liaise between landlords and contractors regarding maintenance works
Confident with a property inspection and preparing Inventory reports for landlords
Able to carry check-out and check-in
Knowledge of handling landlord and tenant end of tenancy disputes
Polite and polished approach to customer service
Must have great work ethic and strong leadership skills
Organised with great attention to details
