Job Requirements / Description
We have a requirement for a project co-ordinator for an appox 12 month contract.
* Large programme delivery support to include
* General co-ordination and administrative assistance to PMs, Programme Directors and Planner
* Co-ordination of the Change Management process, with some responsibility and accountability for record-keeping
* Co-ordination of the Risk Management process, with some responsibility and accountability for record-keeping
* Produce high-quality reporting for internal purposes (MS Access [Magpie])
* Produce high-quality reporting for the client via the Project Board (MS PowerPoint & Excel)
* Co-ordinate the tracking and updating of Actions from the Project Board
* Competent user of JIRA, SharePoint, Google sheets and MS Office Suite
* Organise and own some of the key project meetings (MS Outlook)
* Project Management qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience – essential
* Understanding of complex, technical broadcast installations – desirable
The role will allow remote (home) working however, there will be regular services required in West London.
