Responsibilities:
You will evaluate and recommend approaches to various data analytics problems, with a focus on unsupervised learning with tagged and untagged time series data. You will also help analyze and evaluate different data sets for both insights into the data and suitability of machine learning applications. You will help architect and create data pipelines, working with large-scale, distributed computing and storage platforms. This includes programming and implementing optimizations, profiling, testing and debugging. Completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. or Master's degree in AI and ML engineering or a related field of study and a minimum of 4+ years of prior experience in a similar or related role
Proven professional experience developing different types/techniques of models (using neural nets, supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement learning, decision tree, etc.)
Familiarity with Tensorflow, Keras, or Pytorch
Understanding of ML modeling techniques and issues, including bias vs variance, model selection, data cleaning, feature selection, model training, and hyperparameter tuning.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience/familiarity with Big Data
Familiarity with full-stack development processes
Experience with time series data insight gathering
Effective verbal and written communication skills with non-technical and technical audiences
