We are looking for an Associate Engineer to join our Civil team in the Melbourne office! Your Main Responsibilities Apply civilengineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports, and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity Preparation of client reports in accordance with deadlines Liaise with engineers and drafters to enable preparation of documentation Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as well as maintain industry awareness Management of medium to large scale projects including pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and monitoring progress, resourcing, meeting deadlines and budgets Contribute to the overall management and profitability of projects Ensure compliance with applicable Codes and policies in all aspects – e.g., WHS practices, Quality Assurance Apply a deep understanding of all engineering principles and mentor/check work of junior civil staff including engineers, drafters, and graduates About you At least 8 years' experience in civil engineering Membership with Engineers Australia CPEng The Company TTW employs over 400 staff across six offices in Australia and Asia.
