Overview:
Our Charlotte office is seeking employment litigation attorneys with a minimum of six (6) years’ litigation experience. If you are looking to be challenged by interesting cases and clients rather than just volume, this could be your next professional home. Our client base includes an extensive international base and we provide wide ranging legal services as business partners to our clients. We work on a team approach with each person including attorneys, paralegals and staff having a role and a voice in the team’s practice and client service.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation and advise caseload through conclusion, communicating with clients and providing timely reporting, all aspects of discovery and motion practice.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the North Carolina State Bar in which this office is located, and possess excellent communication skills and a desire be a part of something for the long term. There is a billable hour requirement with a highly incentivized bonus program to match.
