The Employee Experience Specialist will partner with the Sr. Manager, Employee Experience to help plan and execute strategic engagement activities. This work will support a consistent company culture throughout our U.S. and Canadian operating areas. The Specialist will assist and further develop a variety of programs and initiatives through the Rush Enterprises employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Liaison across all divisions of the company while planning and executing our: Moments that Matter programs (Rush Foundation, recognition programs, etc.), corporate coin visit programs, community engagement initiatives, and employee lifecycle feedback projects (new hire, engagement and pulse survey creation and distribution).
Responsible for executing employee experience program management; duties include program updates and reporting as needed, engagement event scheduling, employee communications, tracking volunteer/participant registration, project planning and coordination with the Senior Manager, field and office facilities teams on special event logistics.
Drive employee engagement by identifying ways to increase employee awareness and leverage employee participation to support both internal business objectives, as well as the company’s social impact in the community.
Review partnership and sponsorship agreements to ensure rights and benefits are fully received, and any adjustments, credits, substitutions, etc. are fully documented.
Prepare post-event recap reports, to include employee engagement statistics (i.e., number of participants, number of volunteers, registration response rate, ticket utilization rate, etc.). Provide metrics for quarterly/annual community relations reporting, budgeting and planning.
Creates reporting dashboards to quantify and track employee engagement. Interpret and implement initiatives based on data analytics.
Utilizes metrics and data to continuously drive efficiencies, process and program improvements, and implementation quality/adoption. Works cross functionally, as needed, to develop reporting.
Utilizes available data to identify areas of opportunity related to retention, turnover, development, engagement, inclusion, and culture.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources Management, Corporate Social Responsibility/Sustainability or related field, and/or equivalent career experience
Minimum 3 years of career experience with progressively increasing responsibilities in community relations, employee engagement, human resources, corporate philanthropy, or supporting a non-profit organization.
Preferred skills in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Other Skills and Abilities Required
Career experience in the commercial transportation industry
Experience overseeing high-impact and corporate/employee events.
Experience with Qualtrics preferred
