Our client, an established company based in Dyce are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties include: * Engaging with customers via email and telephone, and preparation of quotations * Processing of purchase orders received from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correct. * Processing of credits notes as and when necessary, checking validity of credit request and return of stock where application. * Timely follow up on quotations issued to customers and updating quotation log with concise and comprehensive feedback from customer. * Maintain and update sales and customer records. * Communicate important feedback from customers, by completing Comms weekly meeting template with regards to opportunities and challenges faced * Ensuring forecasts are updated on a weekly basis. * Development and management of customer accounts plans allocated to each internal sales member. * Keeping in regular contact with current customers to ensure that the required level of sales and service is maintained, whilst keeping customers up to date with new products or services the company and Group have introduced. • Ensuring detailed and accurate records of all sales calls; quotations, enquiries are correctly saved. * Assisting “Walk-In” customers. * Ensure all delivery tickets are handed to warehouse team for deliveries to be made as promised to customers. * Manage and record any customer compliments/complaints, quality issues, supplier NCRs for audit purposes and ensure timeous feedback is provided to customer. * Collaborate with procurement to ensure that stock items are replenished as and when needed. * Source and process purchase orders for customer Special Order requirements * Ensure sales targets are met and report on any deviations or challenges. * Assist with Stock take. * Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material and events. * General administration duties involved in the day-to-day activities of the company. * Conduct site visits/customer meetings/packaging as required. * Ensure all company training is completed and records updated. * Assist accounts team in debt collection as required. * Any other reasonable duties needed for the continued success of the Company
