Job Requirements / Description
Maintain precise knowledge of POs, demand forecasts and inventory levels in order to plan and administer the supply of product to meet agreed customer service levels, whilst achieving inventory targets, minimising obsolescence and managing all supply chain aspects of changes to finished product and bulk presentations. Description Processing inventory movements with high accuracy. Month end reconciliation of inventory. Create and manage replenishment forecasts, POs and delivery of components, finished pack and bulk products to meet demand. Lead communication with Contract Packaging sites, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Undertake capacity studies as required if shortage of materials at Contract Packaging Site. Track levels of customer service, inventory, obsolescence and wastage.?Profile Working in a regulated industry desirable Use of an ERP system, SAP B1 and/or Oracle desirable Excellent use of Excel essential Ability to understand complex data, from different sources essential Working knowledge of supply chain practices Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Analytical Ability to learn on the jobJob Offer competitive salary opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry flexible working
