MAJOR JOB DUTiES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following: - Apply skill in dealing individual games. Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to playing guests, in accordance with standard procedure. - Handle guest transactions for "buy-ins" and "pay-offs". - Verify fill and credits for the game. - Notify Floor-person of any irregularities in guest play and transactions during the shift. - Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. - Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests. - Perform related work as requested. - Adhere to Title 31 Gaming Regulations as applicable to the Casino Department. - Proven knowledge, experience, and proficiency in dealing table games. - High School Diploma or GED. - Must know basic math to total hands and calculate payoffs. - The ability to work with co-workers, and management. - Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner. - Ability to deal with guests. - Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
