The National Sales Manager - RushCare role serves as a critical leader focused on increased utilization of Rush Truck Center solutions to help customers manage their fleet more effectively. Responsible for driving revenue growth by recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing a team of highly motivated inbound and outbound sales representatives. Must possess a solid business-to-business application sales, operational, and management history with experience developing a growth sales strategy.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic leader responsible for building targeted customer outreach with a focus on growing engagement, brand recognition, customer experience, and utilization of Rush Truck Solutions.
Develop customer onboarding program that welcomes, and instills a long-lasting purchasing relationship with each customer at the point of every vehicle purchase nationwide
Develop a continuous and concentrated sales strategy to grow brand awareness and utilization of Rush Truck Center products and offerings (including: RushCare Complete, RushCare Telematics Solutions, RushCare Contract Maintenance, RushCare Parts Connect, and RushCare Service Connect) with existing customers.
Partner with National Accounts sales team to identify/profile target accounts for focused outbound sales campaigns to grow revenues and utilization of Rush Truck Center Solutions
Frequent travel is required to attend and hold training sessions with customers and internal employees centered on education of Rush Truck Center solutions.
Hire, train and develop a sales team of multidimensional sales professionals capable of selling a diverse array of Rush Truck Centers products and offerings nationally
Provide regular, data-based updates to the leadership team regarding progress against quota attainment, team performance, and any challenges the team encounters
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of five plus years in a sales-based role/background in a multi-location regional function.
Minimum of five plus years in a sales leadership role
Other Skills and Abilities Required
Able to learn and use multiple data analytic tools.
Implement sales strategy.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Communicate corporate, divisional, regional, and district mission goals to the sales team.
