ARCHITECT - SOUTH COAST - CLEAR PATHWAY TO ASSOCIATE This highly successful architecture studio based in Hampshire are looking for a standout Architect to embark on an exciting journey with them. As an Architect, you'll be working through RIBA stages 0 - 7 and acting in a lead role. This will include; - Leading small teams of Junior staff. - Dealing directly with clients and external parties. - Helping develop and deliver excellent, sustainable driven design solutions. Where this role get's particularly exciting is the avenue into the Senior Management within the company. They are looking for someone enthused by the prospect of being a champion of the business and promoting them to new clients and expanding partnerships with current. In turn you will be recognised with a clear pathway into an Associate role and play a key part in their continued evolution. The character is going to be a key factor for this hire but key experience we are looking for includes; - A UK qualified Architect with at least 3 years in practice experience. - Excellent design ability supported by technical stage skills. - AutoCAD / Revit ability desired. - Portfolio of impressive projects, ideally in a range of sectors. This is a strategic hire but one they are proactively seeking to make as soon as possible. Salary range will be dependent on the level of experience but likely between £35,000 - £45,000 though they will consider more Senior options if the match is fantastic. The role is based in their West Hampshire office full-time so unfortunately not suitable for candidates requiring to work from home
