Technical Administrator Stevenage SC clearance required £25000 to £30000 Permanent Position Immediate start available Working for a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables and food & beverage markets. We enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs. We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. The Technical Administrative Assistant is responsible for the coordination and day to day delivery of personnel and equipment on assigned contracts. Reports to Quality Manager MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the project team Offering general administrative and ad hoc support Maintain office filing and storage systems Type documents, reports and correspondence Coordinate and organise appointments and meetings Perform work related errands as requested Retrieve information when required Copying/scanning/printing and aiding with the preparation of documents and Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR's) EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as an administrative assistant Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry (Nuclear/Oil & Gas/Aviation) Comfortable with general office duties Candidate must hold or be able to obtain SC clearance For more information please contact Jacky Tolken or Kieran Duggan at Matchtech on (phone number removed) or apply now to submit your CV
