Job Purpose: Supports digital marketing staff in executing and publicizing content for digital channels (social media, email, mobile app, web, etc). Responsible for supporting a positive and engaging work environment for the Team Members, providing superior guest service while. operating effectively and efficiently. All responsibilities will be carried out in compliance with all. policies, procedures and applicable laws. Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Assists with digital marketing and digital promotions. Responsible for coordinating content for digital channels and giveaways and tracks creative projects Responsible for researching industry competition and reporting back to digital marketing staff Identifies and works with vendors Creates vouchers and promotional paperwork Collaborates with media/communications staff with upcoming promotions or events Job Specifications: Education and Experience: Essential: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience Experience coordinating promotions, digital marketing, and/or project management Desirable: Production experience Copywriting experience Project planning & implementation Skills and Knowledge: Essential: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Ability to interact/communicate effectively with guests, external agencies, vendors, and team members Ability to work on weekends, evenings and holidays with flexible schedule as needed Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments Ability to assist and coordinate marketing campaigns Ability to support content development and production Ability to perform data entry assignments Ability to communicate effectively in the English language Ability to work independently and collaborate in group settings Ability to navigate email service programs, social media and relative digital channels Ability to arrive for work on time Ability to work in a smoking environment Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions Ability to accept constructive feedback Working knowledge of MS Office Ability to sit, stand, and /or walk for up to eight hours at a time Desirable: Graphics software Multi-Lingual Supervisory/Managerial Accountability: Direct: None Indirect: None If you enjoy being part of a community dedicated to creating a memorable guest experience, we invite you to explore career opportunities with Sycuan and join our winning team!
