The OpportunityWe are looking for a competent and proactive Transformation Manager in the Customer Experience team to support the ongoing Change & Implementation into the organisation. A strong collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders is needed and a background in compliance with regulations is an advantage.Your responsibilities include:Ensuring operational readiness (can include building up of offshore teams, launch of new products, onboarding optimization initiative, external initiatives, etc.).Assessing the impact of initiatives across all teams in the organisation.Implements the project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholdersCoordinating and managing internal /external stakeholders such as Customer Service Line and Team Management, Legal & Compliance, IT, Sales & Product Management, Business Engineering, Regulators etc.Measuring and reporting the project progress to the management and manages risks, attention points properly and on time to minimize/mitigate project risksEnsuring the end to end Process is documented and updated in a standardised way.Assisting the business areas with gathering the required information for them to be able to document operating procedures and work instructions.Contributing to the creation and establishment of KPI's to monitor the quality of newly introduced products, steer decision making based on facts and timely implement corrective measures in case needed.Defining clear responsibilities during introduction of services, ensuring that the proper documentation is in place and training of processes / activities are conductedImplementing and managing scope change when necessary to meet the underlying project financial goalsEnsuring that the different internal teams involved receive the required input to allow them to deliver their part of the project in order to meet the pre-defined milestones & timeframesWorking closely with the Program Manager overseeing the overall program and transformationQualifications and Skills:Min. 2 years' experience in a similar roleProven experience in Project Management within the Service/Solution sector is a must, showing the ability to successfully manage projectsFluent oral and written EnglishVery good communication skillsAbility to pro-actively driveReliability, sense of responsibility and commitment to resultsOrganizational and time management skillsStrong MS Office skills (in Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)University degree (ideally business, finance or IT oriented) or equivalent through experienceTeam spiritAdditional desired skillsGood analytical/intellectual skillsAbility to quickly understand and learn complex matters, including the business dimensionPresentation skillsBenefitsAt Worldline we work in a flexible environment that empowers you to learn, grow and accelerate your career.
