- Collects and analyzes data via telephone, junket reps, Credit bureaus, central credit, etc., to determine credit-worthiness based upon information received. - Advises supervisor of patrons requesting credit, limit increases, accounts having returned checks, and/or hotel delinquencies. - Updates Credit information of Pinnacle Entertainment, inc.’s existing Credit customers for evaluation by supervisor. - Supplies monthly reports to supervisor, showing accumulated record of new accounts. - Maintains accurate and complete Credit records - Answers phones and routes incoming calls; opens and routes incoming mail; types memos and letters; and maintains an organized filing system.

WORKiNG CONDiTiONS/ESSENTiAL FUNCTiONS - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, outside contacts, and all levels of employees in person as well as on the telephone. - Ability to use a computer keyboard and 10-key. - Ability to review written Credit information, as well as Credit information generated on computer. - Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. - Ability to use a computer, typewriter, AS/400 computer system and terminal, Central Credit computer, Credit Bureau, 10-key adding machine, telephone, and computer printer.     JOB QUALiFiCATiONS - Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone. - Knowledge of Credit operations, rules and regulations. - Knowledge of interrelated department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Casino Services. - Obtain and maintain valid state gaming license.   These skills and abilities are typically acquired through six months’ Credit experience or closely related field.
