Job Description

You and Your Team:

As our Affiliate Marketing Executive you will be reporting into our Digital Acquisition Manager within our business marketing team at Moneybarn. This newly created role will manage the pipeline of new customer applications from our network of affiliate and lead generator partners.

The Affiliate Marketing Executive will be working with the account managers of the affiliates and lead generators to ensure our campaigns are effective to help Moneybarn deliver our target application volumes. Within this role we will be looking for our Affiliate Marketing Executive to drive innovation and new business growth, helping fuel the sales performance of our Direct Sales Team.

Our Marketing team are currently working to a hybrid model, attending the Petersfield office once or twice a month.

In your day-to-day role, as the Affiliate Marketing Executive you will:

Growing and optimising our affiliate program in line with commercial targets
Identify scalable affiliate marketing partnership opportunities
Have a deep understanding of how marketing channels work for our affiliate partners
Regularly visit our affiliate partners and conduct quarterly performance reviews
Be hungry for acquisition growth, confident analysing the data - campaign performance, user journeys and conversation rates
Communicate changes from the business to affiliate partners
Support internal audit reviews of affiliate partners


What you will bring to the team:

Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and investigate and review factual market information to identify appropriate opportunity and solutions
Experience working with marketing, affiliate marketing, ecommerce environments
Understand online marketing KPIs including CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM
Comfortably using, applying and interpreting digital analytics
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage volume and own workload
Confident working with and building relationships with external suppliers / partners to manage digital acquisition
