Experience required: Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within Reverse Logistics, Medical Devices (loan kits) or similar. Experience managing and mentoring a team, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members. Reverse Logistics Expertise: In-depth understanding of reverse logistics processes, including receiving, inspection, testing, repair, and repackaging. Strong knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to reverse logistics operations. Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements in reverse logistics operations. Experience optimizing workflow, reducing costs, and maximizing resource utilization. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effectively resolving complex logistics challenges. Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement practical solutions in a timely manner. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction in reverse logistics operations. Patient first always mindset. Experience managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer needs are met. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to reverse logistics, such as TGA regulations and ISO standards. Experience maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proven ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the reverse logistics team. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness. Interested?
