Senior SAP Business Analyst:
Under general direction, serve as a senior level subject matter expert associated with content, process and procedures associated with SAP. Works within IT project teams and is responsible for eliciting requirements from stakeholders, analyze and document business requirements. Details requirements through product development and other functions to support the project team. Work closely with technical staff to ensure requirements are understood and delivered to the business. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and requirements. Use enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies. Drive and challenge business units on assumptions of how to successfully execute plans. Work with the business to define scope or priority as well as negotiate changes. Design and implement solutions via system configuration and/or development. Provide guidance and leadership to associate analysts in process analysis, configuration, and implementation methodologies within a functional area. Utilize Finance/Controlling modules in SAP. TELECOMMUTING PERMITTED. Requires Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related and 5 years progressive experience. 5 years must include experience with Finance/Controlling modules in SAP.
