About the role This is a critical role for the business that supports our Coles Team Cover claims team, as well as numerous areas of the CLSO team, our stores, and most importantly our Injured Team Members.   This is a full time position, where you will have the responsibility of working within national regulatory and service timeframes entering correspondence, registering claims and paying accounts to ensure we are provide a great service to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as assisting the business to have important data and information in a timely manner.   Reporting to the Team Leader – CSO, you will be part of an awesome team, delivering support to all stakeholders.   You will receive comprehensive training in all of our systems and processes upon commencement, and have the ability to connect in with a skilled and highly motivated team mates to ensure success.   About you You will possess the following skills and attributes: •    Good written and verbal communication skills •    Excellent planning and organisational skills •    Team oriented and customer focused •    Great attention to detail •    Desire to learn new things and embrace changing process •    Reasonable computer skills and literacy. ?Take your next step into something bigger, apply now With us it's not about the discounts (although you do get those), it's about joining a team where your wellbeing and professional development is invested in and celebrating your contributions is the norm.
