WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standards

Greets and seats guests at tables

Answers general guest questions about the property and guest services

Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, hours of operations, and proper table set-up

Remains current with restaurant beer, cocktail, and food menus

Keeps entry area and host stand clean and organized

Keeps host area well stocked with necessary equipment, forms, and supplies

Works in cooperation with other Team Members to provide a high quality of service

Assists as required in table maintenance and cleans when necessary

Observes and adheres to Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, and cleanliness of work environment

Completes opening, closing, and other side duties as assigned

Attends departmental and company meetings/trainings as required

Maintains a clean workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines

Performs all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Department Standard Operating Procedures Manual

BRING US YOUR BEST.:
Must be 21 years of age

High school completion or equivalent required 

One year of high-volume Host/Cashier experience required

Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification

Must have excellent guest service/communication skill.

Ability to operate a P.O.S. System

Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.

Demonstrated ability to operate electronic reservation system and flow charts.

Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
