Theatre Manager Up to £55,000 + Benefits Full Time Stoke on Trent Calling all Theatre Managers! Being a highly motivated and organised Theatre Manager, you'll be experienced and confident in running the day to day duties of the theatres, leading a close knit team and inspiring their development! Working in a fantastic facility, with access to some of the latest technology and equipment, you'll be setting the highest of standards in patient care. It's a supportive environment in a 30 bedded hospital, with 2 theatres, a minor/endoscopy suite and a very busy outpatient department which includes physiotherapy and diagnostic imaging, allowing you to offer a far more patient-centred approach with your nursing care. Offering services to patients for Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Urology, and so much more, this really will be an exciting, creative and rewarding place to work! Key Duties: Manage the day to day running of the theatres Lead a team of highly qualified theatre practitioners Ensure we deliver excellent patient care Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC Hold a mentorship qualification Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially. Registered Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
