The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and lead our renowned high tea service. With a new Executive Chef onboard, we're on a mission to elevate this dining room to extraordinary heights. As the heart and soul of our establishment, you'll be in charge of an exceptional team, ensuring flawless operations, inventory management and unforgettable guest experiences. About You Minimum three years' management experience in a similar environment Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control Excellent customer service skills, including confidence when dealing with complaints and resolution should the need arise Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills A positive attitude that is aligned with our company values and culture Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Experience using SevenRooms and MICROS Simphony highly regarded Why join our team? Our Dining Room is open 7 days for breakfast, Wednesday to Sunday for afternoon tea, and from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner.
