A leading Hospitality Company based in Dunstable is seeking HR Business Partner Operations to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months initially. (Hybrid 2 days per week in office/ 3 at home) Duties: Produce all advert copy and recruitment collateral relating to candidate attraction. Proactively identify and deliver opportunities to promote opportunities both internally and externally. Work with Social & Digital Content Manager to keep internal and external careers websites relevant to candidates. Build and maintain market map of key competitors and potential candidates. Head-hunt and proactively approach potential candidates and positively sell opportunities Maintain regular contact with Talent Pool candidates (internal and external) in lieu of a suitable vacancy arising Generate leads and network through hired candidates to establish potential referrals. Provide exceptional customer service to all potential and live candidates (internal and external). Regular provision of speculative, pre-qualified candidates to line managers. Manage talent pool of internal and external candidates awaiting suitable opportunities. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies, including governance, , advertising (both internal and external) and direct sourcing (including LinkedIn Recruiter use, CV databases and head-hunting), management of internal and external talent pools, candidate screening, selection and offer processes. Responsibility for maintaining ATS and candidate communication channels both internal and external. Responsibility for maintaining accurate and up to date MI. Dependent on volumes, support the wider resourcing team with the recruitment of non digital recruitment. Experience: Recruitment process management in a fast-paced environment. Experience of recruiting a wide variety of head office roles with scarce talent pools Proven experience of and evidenced preference for proactive candidate sourcing methods Experience of using data to influence hiring processes and decision making. Proactive sourcing methods (Including LinkedIn, Job Boards and online platforms Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to quickly gain trust and influence with senior stakeholders Expert questioning and listening skills; ability to quickly understand new assignments and put solutions into action Ability to proactively attract, source and engage high numbers of candidates for all levels of vacancies. Ability to write compelling recruitment collateral, including adverts.
