- Participate in several projects to optimize digital platforms and tools.
- Coordinate CRM campaign calendar updates with the various business units.
- Coordinate social media management.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
- Create engaging text, image and video content.
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
- Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
- Continuously research best practices and solutions.
- Create and revise team procedures and processes.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- BAA in Tourism, Marketing or DEC in Tourism Management, or other relevant training.
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Refined verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a high demand, fast-paced environment.
- Good stress tolerance.
- Strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate.
- Ability to manage priorities and several projects simultaneously.

- Good command of Office suite software.
- Writing experience an asset.
- Experience in the tourism industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of technology, the web and digital in general (CMS, CRM, newsletter tools, Google
